This is a series of beginning flatpicking lessons teaching the Stephen Foster song/fiddle tune called Angeline the Baker (aka Angelina Baker). 


Lesson 1 - Angeline the Baker - Chords Slow
Learn the chord progression and start to play the chords at a slow pace.

This is  jam style at a fast tempo so the important thing is to keep playing if you make a mistake. You don't have time to start over. You'll start by playing the chords, then switch to the melody, then back and forth. The song is played six times all the way through. Have fun!
